What to expect from a Ciao Amici Trip

Ciao Amici plans everything for your trip from the time you land in Italy until the time you leave including hotels, transfers, tours & experiences.

We have direct contact with all our suppliers and are in constant contact with them while you are there. What sets us apart from travel agencies is our first hand knowledge gained through Filomena’s personal visits to various hotels and destinations.

Authentic Italian experiences are crafted for immersion in the country’s rich culture, cuisine and history.

We provide itineraries that delve into the heart of Italy, offering opportunities to engage with locals, participate in cultural activities such as pasta making or wine tasting, and discovering hidden gems off the beaten path.

By leveraging our firsthand knowledge and connections, we ensure that our clients not only visit Italy but also truly experience its essence, creating memories that last a lifetime.

Step 1

Schedule a consultation with Filomena to talk about our services

Step 2

If you decide to move forward a $250 non refundable deposit is due

Step 3

We will work on your initial proposal and have it to you within 7-10 days

Step 4

You have a week to review. We will make revisions to the itinerary one time with no charge

Step 5

If you would like to move forward with the trip you will approve the proposal and give a 50% deposit in order for us to begin booking. At that point we will give you the names of the hotels.

Step 6

Once all your hotels are booked we will send you an email and you can book your flights.

Step 7

Two-three weeks before your trip we will send your detailed itinerary with times, guides names, drivers and phone numbers. Along with restaurant suggestions and travel tips. You will download a free app that will provide not only your itinerary but a chat feature whie you are in Italy. You will also make an appointment with Filomena to go over the whole itinerary.
